Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
Services
Our services are provided as scheduled and tailored to the needs discussed during booking. Additional requests may be accommodated when possible, but may result in updated pricing or scheduling.
Liability
While our team takes every precaution to ensure safe and careful service, MBnB Concierge Cleaners is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear in your property. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property and the removal of late guests at the scheduled time of service.
Payment
Payment is required as agreed upon booking.
