Yes, we are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

We currently serve Upstate New York and the Poconos. If you’re outside this zone, feel free to reach out—we may still be able to help!

Our standard service includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, linen changes, trash removal, and restocking essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). We follow Airbnb’s cleaning protocols to ensure your property is guest-ready every time.

In our welcome package we provide you a listing of essentials required for a proper turnover. We can send you links as well to some of our favorite products used. 

We can use lockboxes, smart locks, or other secure access methods. We’ll coordinate with you to ensure smooth entry and exit.

Yes, we offer same-day and emergency cleanings based on availability. Please contact us as early as possible to secure a time slot.

Absolutely. We’re equipped to manage multiple turnovers efficiently, especially during peak seasons. Just let us know your schedule in advance.

Yes! In addition to regular turnover cleanings, we offer deep cleaning services that include baseboards, inside appliances, indoor windows, and more.

Once a customer, we are connected with various property operation platforms. You can also call us or send a message. We recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours in advance.

We offer free quotes. We require access to the property to do a thorough walkthrough. Afterwards, we will email you with our feedback and pricing.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a fee. If you need to make changes, please let us know as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule and reassign work for our team. We appreciate your understanding.
